Sixteen ski lifts have a capacity for over 15,000 people per hour. There are also 38kms of cross-country skiing trails.
In addition to the skiing, there are also 40kms of winter walking paths and 10kms of tobogganing runs; while snowboarding is available with an excellent terrain park and half-pipe. Other winter activities include: heli-skiing, ice-skating (natural), curling, mountaineering and paragliding. There's also archery, badminton, a fitness centre and an indoor swimming pool. Après-ski consists of folklore evenings, and bars and discos.
The December to April ski season at Meiringen / Hasliberg ski resort has good snow in February, with cheaper deals at the beginning and towards the end of the season, and in mid-January.
